Pan Pacific Championship

The 2018 Pan Pacific Championship was recently held in Melbourne, Australia. Some of the team went down to compete and they did an excellent job.

Our Professor led by example as usual, collecting double gold in the gi weight and absolute divisions. Our brown belts, Renan and Paulo had very tough fights and earn their spot on the podium. A stand out from the weekend was our blue belt and black belt in Judo, Fellipe. He had 5 very tough fights, submitting 4 of his opponents, becoming the blue belt middleweight champion.

The Galeb Brothers kids team had a great weekend also, with Boston, Mana & Tyson all becoming champion. These 3 boys are always in the gym training hard and are competing very well. The Toowoomba crew were their in full force, having very hard fought battles.

All in all, it was a very successful weekend with the team competing to their maximum abilities. Congratulations to you all, you should be very proud. Keep up the good work! Oss
